The role of the gas tank

Because the air compressor shrinks the air under the action of the gas storage tank, the high-speed airflow hits the wall of the gas storage tank to make it flow when the air passes through the gas storage tank, and the temperature is quickly dropped in the gas storage tank, so that a large amount of water vapor is obtained. Liquefaction, thus removing a large amount of water and oil, thereby reducing the bulk load of the dryer (we can do an experiment here: when there is compressed air in the gas tank, the lower drain valve is fully opened, let The gas flows out of the drain valve. It doesn't take long for two possibilities to emerge: 1 The drain valve is very cold and can be dumped with ice; 2 The pressure in the gas tank will be 3 - 4 kg. Can not be discharged. When the compressed air passes through the gas storage tank, because the gas storage tank can store a certain amount of air, and the output pressure is relatively stable, the smooth airflow passes through the filter. The filter filter function is also greatly improved, and the service life of the filter is also extended. The gas storage tank behind the precision filter mainly plays a role of buffering and energy storage, so that the air entering the workshop is stable and stable input! Therefore, the accurate pipeline configuration should be: air compressor → gas storage tank → primary filter → cold dryer → precision filter → gas storage tank → user workshop.
 Gas storage tanks have the following functions in the field: buffering, cooling, water removal and energy storage. If the customer's request for oil content is high, it is recommended to have two post filters (precision filter + activated carbon filter); some special industries (such as food, medicine, electronics, etc.), even need to configure adsorption dryer And absolute filters. Recommended configuration for disposal equipment (usually at the production site): compacting machine, front air tank, pre-filter, cold dryer, rear filter, rear air tank.
