When is the pressure gauge degreased?
In the process of using the pressure gauge, if the medium is flammable and explosive, the flammable gas must be treated with strict degreasing to be safely used. The grease removal operation should be carried out in strict accordance with relevant regulations:
1. The main contact gas and liquid part of the pressure gauge, such as the spring tube/table joint, are subjected to high temperature, and the surface of the parts is degreased by steaming.
2. Use chemical grease cleaner to soak and clean for chemical degreasing.
3. When adjusting the test, in order to prevent secondary pollution, use nitrogen to adjust to ensure the interior is clean.
After the above strict handling, it ensures that the pressure gauge can maintain normal and safe work in any complicated environment.
