The cleaning unit responsible for cleaning boilers of Class D and below shall have at least one intermediate technical staff or two junior technical staff.
3. The cleaning and testing staff should agree with the boiler and pressure vessel safety supervision agency at or above the municipal level (including city level).
4. Complete and safe cleaning equipment and analytical tools.
5. Have a sound governance system and develop safe handling procedures.
Units that meet the above premise can pickle the boiler by themselves after approval by the local labor department. Units that only perform soda cooking do not require qualification.
Before the chemical cleaning of the 6th boiler, the chemical cleaning unit must formulate a cleaning plan and, with the approval of the technical person in charge, report to the local and municipal level where the boiler is located.
