Machining error deformation
1. Cutting error deformation
Because the size of the blanking is not accurate, the shape of the formed part exceeds the standard. The size of the blanking is not mainly due to the calculation or enlargement of the sample. In addition to improving the technical level of the blanking personnel, the blanking proofreading system should also be implemented, and the computer software management of the blanking size should be adopted as much as possible.
2. Forming error deformation
The pressure vessel parts are deformed due to improper operation or mold non-standard during processing: there are certain requirements for the temperature of the hot forming head, such as temperature. If the mold is too high, the mold will shrink too much, and the shrinkage of the head will be large. If it is serious, the geometrical dimensions will exceed the standard; the parts of the machine that are mechanically rolled or pressed will be deformed due to improper operation; the mold design is not considered too well or wrong. The geometry of the pressure vessel components after forming is not satisfactory.
The main precautions are:
(1) The molding operation is strictly in accordance with the technical requirements.
(2) Strictly control the shape of the workpiece with the inspection template.
(3) The mold design is based on the theoretical size and shape of the workpiece, taking full account of the changes in the processing and forming of the pressure vessel parts. The cold forming mold should consider the amount of springback of the molded part, and the hot forming mold should consider the shrinkage amount of the molded part after cooling.
3. Assembly error deformation
As the assembly of the pressure vessel shell is deformed due to excessive displacement such as misalignment or non-straightness error, it is called assembly deformation.
Precautions:
(1) The housing should be assembled with a positioning fixture, a larger diameter, thinner housing, and support for the barrel section during assembly. , strictly limit the wrong side of the butt joint of the shell.
(2) The horizontal assembly of the casing should be carried out on the idler and the straightness should be checked with a straight line.
(3) Prefabricated pressure vessels, set the fixture during installation and check the straightness with the theodolite.
