Recently, the Tianjin Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Wuqing Office conducted on-site inspection of a batch of equipment imported from South Korea and found that 5 of them were entrained. Pressure vessel. As the manufacturer failed to provide the “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China” issued by the AQSIQ, the office decided to destroy these uncertified pressure vessels.
Boiler and pressure vessels manufactured and used in China, the manufacturing enterprise must obtain the "Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China", without obtaining a manufacturing license. The company of the certificate shall not sell or use its products in China.
Due to production needs, China has a large number of foreign equipment imported every year, and there is a high possibility that uncertified pressure vessels will enter the country with imported equipment. In response, the Tianjin Bureau made three suggestions:
One: Inspection and quarantine institutions should increase the inspection of complete sets of equipment and old equipment, focus on verifying whether equipment contains pressure vessels, and verify overseas manufacturers Qualification. If there is a pressure vessel that does not meet the requirements, it should be immediately returned or destroyed.
Second: Data collection, aggregation and analysis are performed on the unqualified pressure vessels found in daily inspections. On the basis of data statistics, the equipment that easily entrains the pressure vessel is identified through risk analysis, and the specificity of the inspection is enhanced.
3: Strengthen publicity, let enterprises know about China's relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible, remind enterprises to enhance their awareness of prevention, pay attention to refining contract terms when signing contracts, and ask for Relevant documents to avoid risks.
