It also directly affects the unloading of air compressors, so it plays a vital role in the correct selection of gas storage tanks: /span>
First of all, we should select the products produced by the company with the corresponding special equipment production qualification and strictly implement the GB/T150-2011 "Pressure Vessel" standard.
Secondly, many customers choose inverter air compressors due to fluctuations in gas consumption. In fact, a large part of them can directly use relatively large gas storage. Tanks reduce the unloading time of the air compressor, which saves a lot of energy.
The gas tank can be selected according to the following formula:
V=N×Q÷(P+1)
V: Gas tank volume
Q: Air compressor displacement
P: exhaust pressure
N is a parameter. The recommended value for customers with stable gas consumption is 1~2. The recommended value is fluctuating frequently but the fluctuation value is not large. 3. If the fluctuation is frequent and the fluctuation value is large, it is recommended to take the value above 4.
