The first article In order to strengthen the safety supervision and management of simple pressure vessels and protect the safety of people's lives and property, according to the Special Equipment Safety Supervision This regulation is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations.
Article 2 The simple pressure vessel referred to in this regulation refers to a pressure vessel with a simple structure and low risk.
Article 3 This procedure applies to simple pressure vessels that meet the following conditions:
(1) The container has a barrel and a flat head, a convex head (excluding a spherical crown), or two convex shapes Head composition;
(2) The main pressure components of the cylinder, head and nozzle are made of carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel;
(3) The design pressure is less than or equal to 1.6MPa;
(4) Volume is less than or equal to 1000L;
(5) The product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa.L and less than or equal to 1000 MPa.L
(6) The medium is water vapor from air, nitrogen and medical distilled water;
(7) The design temperature is greater than or equal to -20 ° C, the maximum working temperature is less than or equal to 150 ° C;
(8) Welding containers for non-direct flames.
Article 4  This procedure also applies to the following connectors that are connected to a simple pressure vessel;
(1) The first threaded joint that is threaded to the external pipe or device, the first flanged sealing face that is flanged, dedicated The first sealing surface of the connector or fitting;
(2) Pressure caps and fasteners for the opening of simple pressure vessels;
(iii) Welded joints with non-compressed components attached to a simple pressure vessel body;
(4) Safety accessories such as safety valves, rupture discs (caps), pressure gauges, water level gauges, and temperature measuring instruments.
Article 5  This procedure does not apply to the following pressure vessels;
(1) Pressure equipment used in military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, offshore installations and ships;
(ii) Non-independent pressure components on the machine (eg compressor block);
(c) dangerous chemicals packaging;
(4) Fire Extinguisher;
(5) Quick-opening pressure vessels;
(six) mobile pressure vessel;
Article 6  The material, design, manufacture, inspection and use management of simple pressure vessels shall meet the requirements of this regulation.
Article 7  Manufacturers applying for simple pressure vessel manufacturing licenses shall first perform type tests and pass the test.
Article 8 The supervision and management of simple pressure vessels for import and export shall meet the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing.
Article 9 When developing and developing a simple pressure vessel product whose technical requirements are inconsistent with the provisions of this regulation, the manufacturing unit shall, on the basis of experimental research, Submit a conclusive report, and invite third parties with qualifications for inspection to test their safety performance, and report the basis, conditions, results, and third-party test reports and other relevant technical data of the test to the provincial quality and technical supervision department. Approval is required for manufacturing and sales.
Article 10 The quality and technical supervision departments at all levels are responsible for supervising the implementation of this regulation.
Materials
Article 11  The quality and specifications of materials used in simple pressure vessels should comply with the relevant standards. The main pressure component material production unit shall provide a material quality certificate (component) or a valid copy of the inspection official seal and the seal of the supplier.
Article 12  Carbon steel for simple pressure vessels should meet the following requirements:
(1) Suppressed steel supplied with hot or normalized fire;
(2) Carbon content (melting analysis, the same below) is not more than 0.25%, carbon and sulfur content are not more than 0.045%:
(3) The lower limit of the standard tensile strength specified at room temperature is less than 540 MPa.
Article 13 All parts welded to the main compression element must be of a material compatible with the material properties of the main compression element .
